If you were a wealthy venture firm and Intel was a startup, would you invest?

If Intel was a startup they wouldn't have the dead weight of the fabs pulling it down. The answer would still be no even if they didn't have the fabs since the product is mediocre at best and over priced.
I am investing in $10 INTC puts. Thought about $5, but Pat's concrete may still be worth something to someone.
