It will take this mgmt quite a while (if ever) to do proper reorg after so many people leave. It will be chaos, tripled workload, and a lot of pointless tasks while many important things will be slipping through the cracks, amounting to a lot of problems later. I’ve been through this before and not looking forward to it. Not taking VSP, and just hoping that after all the chaos I will not end up RIFed. Can’t afford right now to be out of work for a day, let alone longer.

Who said they will accept all the VSP's? Last time only 10,000 were accepted. Verlieson lays off far more than that every year.
