JS: Limit Meetings to 8 people.
JS: Use A Topical Outline.
JS: Limit PowerPoint. No Printouts.

If you want to increase your value and stock price, I’d advise either having an hour long meeting with 16 people and print out a PowerPoint deck with action items, owners and deliverables. Use the extra time for questions and clarifications. Use the extra people as coverage for life events (even executives have babies). People write notes on PowerPoint decks with next steps they own.

Legg’s meeting analogy is to make light of date ra-e by showing up to the meeting in a metaphysical universe because you unknowingly ingested memory impacting hallucinogens. Will never forget that @sshat’s Town Hall. “Get Legg to the Town Hall”. That piece of garbage and every leadership level that played along, should apologize to every employee for making light of date ra-e.
