Also there is a reason a company car is furnished, all the ridiculous driving, if they paid mileage and you used your own car you probably would make more anyways.

Must be the same Jewel ccm that sent out a un-needed and unwanted prd of chips ahoy. He does this to make his own objective and make his own bonus. You are right though, he doesn’t care about anyone but himself
Not just Walmart. Here in the Chicago area the Jewel ccm pounds in a cr-p load of un-cuttable nos it’s ridiculous. He expects us to sell in all the extra stuff that he forces down our throats and wants to know what stores that push back for no extra displays. We let him know what stores don’t want any extra displays, he doesn’t do cr-p about it and acts like he has our back.
40k is better than the 17/hr they pay the ftow who are replacing the sales reps

Our DM would add to our orders all the time, he would order prds without telling us. Customer care can confirm! It’s a total joke what this company has become.
The constant bs at Walmart alone makes it not worth it. The constant, never ending backstock that will never go down with locked cao and who knows behind the scenes there is at Mondelez adding to orders. Funny at the end of the month the Friday orders are always ridiculously huge…. Meanwhile manager’s gets pissy about having too much and don’t even seem to listen or believe you when you say it’s not me sending it…. I’ve had managers tell me I’ll never get space for my stuff
