Maybe Nvidia will find some utility in Acacia Communications high-speed coherent optical interconnect products.
I’m not drinking the kool aid, but HyperFabric is a good thing. It’s a “cloud managed datacenter fabric”, like Meraki, minus the Fisher Price Networking with the features a customer needs in the DC. It’s too bad I got pushed into the AI bucket, although that might be what it ultimately is used for—lossless, scheduled fabric to run RoCE2 over. I hope it sells. We’ll see.
