Mission Party Week?

Lots of people from overseas here for a week long party to celebrate 100 years of Mission Products. Did the captain not break mission up back in 2014 into new buckets yet we still have this group? What to they do and what do they add? Free food, drink and no doubt golf along with flights, hotels for partners invited when we can't get a decent raise due to the belt tightening required to make a profit. They wonder why people keep leaving when we get this double standard of treatment.

Mission was put back together because the business was declining… and declining fast. So to say they do nothing is very naive. When I worked for Southwest we went through something similar… battled the mission guys many times to win over a rig. To many people commenting who know little about the sales side.
From what I hear from a friend they show a lot of gratitude towards all who helps them. Unless my friend is chatting sh-t lol

Now we got the Marketing Princess hanging out with politicians. How much are we paying this red coat?

Houston 2 days home office maximum unless you work for Mission, then it's 5 days. Milking a bore that was supposedly impossible. Take a look Mustang Sally at your boys and get ready to be shocked!

That's nothing, let this digest as I moved a couple of weeks ago for these very reasons. There are over 50 staff in marketing, more than our shop floor producing and making the bucks? All on social media producing videos but what do they add to bottom line? Nothing, remove this and save over $4,000,000 a year. Now let that figure make sense next time you see a quarterly earnings release. Check out the main man also, more time promoting trafficking than the company who pays his salary. A little to consider for the elf in the shelf.

Don't worry y'all, only cost around $500,000 for the golf, merchandise and grand event dinner after the week of fun. Nothing really so get ready for those good salary increases.....oh wait we have nothing we can add to the shop weekly pay this year for you who manufacture the products. Tide is turning so let's be positive

Heading soon to a Houston facility near you is possibly the greatest show. Nearly 30 strong spreading the mission message on what they do and how they sell it. Problem yall is they simply sell products from Rig or Caps? They pass there work to us in sales and somehow that group get the credit on there books for the invoice? Link in the chain not required after what we have been shown today? Anyway that's me done, bust ya nuts and others get the credit. No thanks, segway pass me pappys number.

Shhhhh....all mission sales people from every continent in meetings all week in Houston. Definitely not a party of any type and no one at a well known resort down Galveston way. Nothing to see here, sorry we can't give you extra couple bucks an hour. Oil field tight now and every cent counts on bottom line. Maybe next year we can give you a little extra, stick with us. You are valued!
