The whole point of this concept is that we manage our own tasks and are assessed based on the value of our output. No need for “natural leaders” to pop-up and start bossing everyone around. That’s even worse than the bloated middle-management.
The natural leaders will automatically take the lead to get the work done and give direction
Really the only answer to me is for the company to be bought and a company comes in to explicitly train on how to run a business. Is that even possible though?
