I wasn't tuned in 100% of the time, but I didn't catch anything about location strategy. Did I miss something, or did they ignore this topic altogether?

They are not impacted, so why would they talk about it. Remember it's a "strategy" no need to attract any negative attention to it. Also - the poor souls in core locations sitting cozy, might want to have an inkling about what's going on here, they are coming for them next.
