Crazy because 10% of dxc's workforce is roughly 12,000 people. Sounds like your issue is the law of large numbers friend.

In the 12 years at DXC , my 1st merit increases $950 which was less than 1% of my salary within the 1st 9 months. The 2nd and only other increase was at year 11 for less than 4%. I liked most of my colleagues, worked from home most years , vacation, sick days and put my heart and soul into my job.
What a ducking waste ! i quit 2 years ago and I am still upset at the way my colleagues and I were treated.
All but 1 year my managers loved that I got things done , the 1 year I had an asshoe for a manager !
If you can chase jobs then do so your not salves, if you can’t find a better job then be a god professional and stop bi--hing and do the job your being paid for !
Networking saying they are stopping work because they aren’t being paid like they did at AT&T, again you’re not a slave change jobs !
