Just heard from EC on the CX All Hands, people from the GSSO what was so bad about her? I know there were som complaints. She seemed alright on the call right now.

EC royally sc--wed up GSSO. She came in and made decisions without any input cause she spent time at PAN before coming back here. She tried to run the PAN playbook and it didn’t work. That is why she is moving on. She actually does not know how to lead. In her short reign on incompetence of 2 years, she had 3 major layoffs and she is working on the 4th as she moves to CX. She claims to be people first but only puts people first when it comes to LRs. As we say in Texas, she is all hat and no cattle. Executive Leadership is over her head. She is only suited for first line manager roles.
They scrapped the CX completely and trying to path the cr-p in other groups.
Engineering Directors and Sr. Managers are sitting without work with no accountability.
This is a limit of ELT cowardness. Why can't they let go those directors ?
May be CX could be the right org for her skills. surely not Security.
