Go to California transparent and see people who work at government get paired more than intel. What the he-l is going on with intel compensation. We are paid 40% or more less than competitors and 5-10 less than government jobs. Indeed our our compensation is sh-t to full extent

It looks like you can not even write a few sentences correctly. While at the same time, wanting more Pay? if I was your manager and that was the quality of emails etc, I would fire you. Intel is a global multinational company. The problems with Intel are all originating in USA, every job takes twice as long to complete in the US, the people are slow & lazy! And yes I have been there and worked in AZ and PTD.

Your semi-literate posting may help explain why you don't get paid more. Either way, Intel is offering you the perfect opportunity - a generous severance package while you step into one of those higher paying jobs that everyone else is getting. Win-win! Why are you still here?
The government employees can probably spell and proof read better than you and the competition makes better products. A good question is why does Intel pay you so much. Wake up, Intel can’t afford to pay you more. Since you haven’t seemed to find the solution I will give it to you: Get a job somewhere else! Really not that hard to figure out. It will take effort on your part which is something Intel hasn’t required from you in quite a while.
Shittel should just shut down all the california campuses.
