Must be new here there is a restructure at least once per qtr been this way for the last 10 years. Have had direct manager change at least every 6 to 12 months on second go around with current managers since they run out of places to put you on org chart. checks still cash so no worries. kindly do the minimum to keep the game going. It is the same game at any other corporation
