I've received a few notices of retiring VPs. Feels like the highest number of execs leaving at once in the past 10 years.
My project management team shrunk from 17 to 12. Some groups were hit very hard.

Lost one from our dwindling team. Strong performer too. Sad.
We lost 4 as well. Lots of work to redistribute, but no more pay.
Considering they are going to have layoffs for the next few quarters does that make you feel better? I personally know four people who were laid off. And they’ve been doing them quietly for a year now. Enough is enough.
