Step up leadership

If somehow by a hail mary that someone on leadership reads this... Let's see some accountability please and specifics on what that actually IS. Would love to see maybe uhhh i dunno a pay cut from your several million dollar a year salary for messing things up... no but please keep the reorgs up! You ki-led this work culture and trust in leadership.

Product teams are SLAMMED and are working as hard and fast as they can, but no keep telling us FASTER!

This is whole "transformation" is being handled TERRIBLY! Top performers are being let go with no strategy involved with it.... What is the actual strategy?

I hate that we're all sitting here at 3:30 on Monday with no indication if our job is safe or not. So sorry to my friends and others who have lost their jobs today.

I think it's important to define leadership here as the executive level id--ts. Everyone on my senior director level and down has been completely transparent, compassionate, and open. They've communicated timelines for expected meeting invites etc which does not seem to be a company wide thing... idk guess our org just has some nicer guys up top but I haven't felt like any of this is their fault. JD will give himself a $30 million bonus this summer, you can bet on that.

This is the 8th report I’ve been through in my 17 years in corporate America and it is the worst managed process I have ever had the displeasure of living through. Zero respect for human dignity, no organization and zero communication.

Was just let go at 2pm today. I’m beyond disgusting with the company and even if I stayed…the bitterness in everyone’s mouth is palpable!!
