If somehow by a hail mary that someone on leadership reads this... Let's see some accountability please and specifics on what that actually IS. Would love to see maybe uhhh i dunno a pay cut from your several million dollar a year salary for messing things up... no but please keep the reorgs up! You ki-led this work culture and trust in leadership.
