It’s no coincidence that JVB was brought when the cost reductions started. She was sued because she hates old people (which she is old now) you can look it up she and ATT were sued and lost. She is destroying Mid Markets which su-ked to begin with but at least it wasn’t he-l to work in. She is the single must unqualified senior leader in the entire company.

this is what happens when one has a rigged “HIPO” system and said system elevates chief-of-staff yes-men/women to do the bidding. look at the clowns running RTO. look at said AVPs. half are just beaten into the ground and the other half are PC grocery clerks taking orders.

too bad they are unable to unlock all that value…

The real Problem was Ann Chow and Jeff. They basically let the Mid Markets section fall apart the last decade with the mass amount of Fraud allowed. JBV is simply trying to clean house. Her new rules defiantly have affected me and my numbers however Mid Markets and AT&T will fail for several reasons. Support is horrible just horrible for ADI customers. Nothing like calling and trying to trouble shoot an issue and taking 24 hours plus to get you up and running. No wonder why they moved SLA credits MACD request only through business center, they want no employee fixing the messes. Like AT&T wants to purposely lose customers. White space.... been saying it for years flipping POTS is not going to bring in new customers. There is no white space bucket in fiber and 80% of the new ADI sales are ADI with APBA. Finally wasted truck roles and seller accountability. How many products do customers actually order and want.... Ask the scammers or just check WMT and see how many tech notes say customer did not order. I am sure CGI is tracking all these and doing nothing like always with their outsourced Order managers in the Philippines.

People are hating on JVB because the commission payout on sales is pennies compared to what it was 2 years ago, quotas have been doubled, and so many accounts are restricted to third parties/platinum account teams and cannot be worked. People are fed up with her because they aren’t making any money. It’s not just the “scam artist sellers”.

JVB is one of the worst leaders I have seen. No mangement skills whatsoever just knows how to reduce cost/headcount.
