Im not the OP, but also hate staying here but need the health insurance for my family as my partner cannot work and cannot risk a big gap in pay if I quit. I’m sad all the time.

The company has become a joke. Toxic positivity, back stabbing and fake people everywhere. It's sad but it's the truth. Also, for those saying the job market is hard out there. It depends on your line of work and for the most part it absolutely is not. In case you guys haven't seen this before in two to threew months Nike will be in a hiring frenzy.
Your self loathing is contributing to the negative culture more than someone who wants to be here. You should leave, it will be better for everyone.
Oh shut up , it doesn’t take long to learn the culture of a place . If you think the person that has spent two years and doesn’t know what Nike is about it’s almost certain that because the Nike you’re thinking of is now gone and you’re too blind to see the cultural shift

Stop complaining. If you hate it so much you can always leave. Being unemployed in the middle of all major companies doing layoffs will be a whole lot more stressful though. If you do stay, don’t bring everyone else down with you, please.
You are free to leave anytime. Make room for someone who wants to stay. From experience, working next to someone who just oozes hate for their job is draining. Everything out of their mouth is negative. Your negativity contributes to the chaos.
