DPTW - Destination Place to Work

Avaya's actual messaging: https://www.avaya.com/en/about-avaya/newsroom/pr-us-240417/

"Critical Talent Continues to Choose Avaya
In addition to product innovation and customer success, Avaya’s momentum is also demonstrated by continued success in recruiting experienced leaders to the company.......A continually strengthened leadership team reflects Avaya as a company on the move, a destination place to work, and one that can attract world-class talent, the company said."

Message that's actually being heard:
All the talent at Avaya's resides in the minds of our executive team. The customer facing worker force is irrelevant and we will get rid of them. The one's that may remain are happy to be here because we said so. We will continue to trim these employees because it gives us a beautiful balance sheet, we have tons of money now. Don't worry, we will be hiring more superstar executives to replace the employees we let go real soon. We are making tough decisions, but at least our executives are happy and we'll retain these super smart people through more bonuses. We are going to win because we said so and everyone is happy because we said so.

Are these financial results published anywhere with some real numbers that can be looked over? Perhaps they are in the same place as the survey results?

SPOT
ON.

Also, there is ZERO need for a CRO. Especially a company in turn around. Have a PROPER COO who knows how to count (none of this CAO BS), have sales, marketing and op's report into COO, with sales having a dotted line to the huge-mongous brain of CEO,

And for flipping common sense, stop allowing ST to play 1980s Working Girl, where she talks more about being an important executive than actually being one.

Really struggling to be positive. Will this stop at the end of 8 quarters? We keep hearing that it is an 8 quarter transformation....but no confirmation things will settle by then. Can we know what the end vision is for quarter 8? Like is there a magic number of employees or and org structure? We are so close to 8 quarters so we should know by now.
