Easy solution is to take him out on street, and beat him good. Then he will understand.

For SBG QA director in India has his own useless puppy project. Ridiculously tool to monitor official product, but the product already has its own monitor tool. Which means a monitor tool on top of monitor tool. Since this is director's puppy, it got TOP priority by QA team every QA become beta tester. Every single soft bone managers rush in to show their support. Very disgusting
