AT&T is a utility. Telecom is a utility. Utilities make money if customers get what they pay for most of the time. Our RSCs are crooks. Our CSRs are confused. Our techs are geezers. Our leadership are clueless. And yet, we make billions. So save a buck and make a potato the CEO.

The debt was lowered when we spun off Warner Media. Didn't help stock price. Grasping at straws.
Stankey was very irritated at the meeting Wednesday 4/24. When he met with the managers there for training their concerns were RTO and stock price. Those are NOT concerns for him: 1. Before covid they worked in the office 3 days or more then 2. The stock at $17 is because we did what we said and it will not move until we get more shareholder value by lowering the debt. He'd off looking for new PJs for his next skit while we are trying to get by with inflation, threat of layoff, threats of war, high crime,......
Need to repurpose the DTV satellites for phone service in rural areas. Get some use out of them.

$134B in debt, how embarrassing is that? Prior to divestiture, that would have been "chump change" to at&t! Now it insurmountable.
