I didn’t think it was possible, but Baldy is worse than Ursula B.
Disconnected from the realities of the market, the condition of the company. Willing to lie about some fantasy of IT services and tech.
Theres no “there” there.
Watch the revenue fall.. Watch the layoffs. Here the empty bull sh-t about reinvention. Its all so predictable.

Tourney of Terrible CEOs. UB to today how do they rank bad to worst. obviously none were good
Manager here - not random at all. Targeted high salaries and where sales consolidations wouldn't drastically hurt the contributions. Meaning, can someone else do the same job with less than 15-20% churn. This will actually help the bottom line for equipment contribution. Less customers and less revenue is OK if you're eliminating (a) job but still producing 85% of that revenue. It adds enormous profit to equipment contribution line.
"The IRIF was not random. Not even close.
Congratulations. You just disparaged every single Xerox employee who remains, the vast majority of whom you do not even know."
You are a yes person!! Congrats!
"This last IRIF was very random and some excellent people were let go. Can't say the same for the ones still here. The yes men and women remain."

Ursula destroyed a going concern. JV/SB inherited the mess due to sloppy due diligence by the Icahn team and once they discovered the mess, had no idea how to fix it. They came in with the same arrogance that I have seen over the years from new hires and consultants. The change adverse culture and home grown complexity will baffle anyone. Leaders don't lead, managers don't manage, and the operational goals are so parochial that total company impact is rarely considered. There are no consequences for failure. This last IRIF was very random and some excellent people were let go. Can't say the same for the ones still here. The yes men and women remain.
I struggle with which one is worse. They both are equally bad in different ways imho.
I got "reinvented" on the Feb 28 mass sla-ghter. After 40 years of giving my all in customer service, I'm glad to be gone. Best of luck to you all still there. Never know, things may turn around.
No one is worse than Ursula. She made every wrong decision possible. She was put in the position strictly by politics and propaganda. She did more damage than any other CEO. Ursula is not qualified to run a lemon aid stand.
