On what basis directors in CX and PX are spared with all restructuring and redundancy Cisco should have optimized by firing the engineering managers and directors. They have been running as their kingdoms. Though the split and merge happens why Cisco needs these extra useless no work and cutting paycheck managers and directors are required. The leaders in teams where these are merged are not capable handling the engineers

Why directors are always busy across cisco? Their hard work and dedication do not reflect anywhere except chaos and confusion. Anyone observing the same?
