The only share I see here is the illusion that they are giving your something here at Hooksett they use the my daddy scale if your daddy gets you a job you share in the legacy of i can only work here because if I knowingly make bad parts and send them to be mrb then ship them and they come back I can count them twice so daddy says that is doubling production and I can get a raise and move up like my grand pappir

GE gives to nobody. The company is a taker of the U.S. taxpayer dollar. They proper name is corporate welfare. Remember this always and you will never be disapointed.

A remarkably mean number of shares (15 for LPBs) worth less than $2500 using today's GEA share price. Can not see such a small amount encouraging me to work harder - if that's the objective.

I want profit sharing. Fu-k these stupid shares. By time they are due to cash out Mexico will have sent a bad part out and a plane will come down and the stock will crash.

In Italy 15 Shares LPB salaried , 37 Shares SPB salaried (not related at time of service but only with band)

I just found out they are taking the stocks back already. Taking them back is part of the lean program. A black belt must have karate chopped us:-)

It’s no benefit for those retiring before the three year vesting period. :(

It is not seniority based. Only job classification

Is all hourly getting 15 shares? Regardless of time of service?

by
|
Post ID: @1havz+1siEhe0e

You hourly folks are just getting crumbs. The real people who make GE money are getting a lot more.

by
|
Post ID: @1grrb+1siEhe0e

Hourly employees get 15 RSU’s.

Seems the grant has been released in the US only at this stage

Engineering employee here. Just saw my award is 37 shares. Seems consistent with all mid-career engineers under the executive band and therefore not based on years of service.

Also for people who think lean is beneficial to them...its all about making you run more machines while the salary people get the profit you make for them and you get a slice of pizza 🤣 Lean is all about cutting jobs and making you work harder. I can't believe people actually think lean is good for job's.

I hear that they are waiting for Oprah's availability so she can tell us to look under our chairs for a surprise in the next company all hands.

We will get 5 shares for every year here with a maximum 10 years. So people that's been here 30 years will get 50 shares.

I'm not buying what GE is selling. The Great OZ has spoken.

If GE is giving, you can bet there is a good reason for them to be giving it. I don't buy that investing in the work force bull.

They are giving back a little something after taking from us for decades.

How many reserved shares is each employee actually getting? No one will say.

Bfox must be a flow leader who likes to su-k di-k under the bosses desk. It's just a matter of time before we end up like boeing with all these fake lean leaders who are pushing parts over quality and than giving credit to lean. It's just a matter of time before these engine start blowing mid sky. While other companies get profit sharing and stock we get a little of one. Don't he flying on those mexican made engines lmao.

I don’t know what you are all complaining about. First of all it’s an investment in us for our hard work. In terms of benefits this is hands down the best company I’ve ever worked for in my life. How many people applied for your position and got turned down before you got the job. This company only selects the best of the best of the best talent in your area of expertise. You still work for the original GE now GE Aerospace because you are the very best at what you do in your particular field. Now you are going to be rewarded for that, so stop complaining, smile, and take your free money!

Today, June 3, begins the day of vesting. We all have a stake in the success of the company. If the company does well, each one of us will be awash in cash in three years. Work twice as hard comrades.

Since we all get 1 share and become owners. Can we fire Culp?

Somehow and in some way this may turn into a GE pizza party. I'm hungry!

One half a share will be awarded to you now. Upon retirement you will owe GE one share. This has always been the shell game played just ask some old retirees about the stock they once held. It's just like a cassino. The house always wins in the end.
