I’ve notice that as of today it’s been about 60 days since one of the last big layoffs. Now with the rumors that have been circulating about June it’s starting to make sense. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it’s gonna be a continuous 60 days apart from each layoff. If I’m correct that would mean that by the end of December Barnhart will be shut down

It’s always some ja----s who has to make a comment about people being newbies. FYI not everyone is well informed as to the day to day of what’s going on. Most of this website/thread is either facts or speculation. Either way if you are not apart of the solution then why even comment? Just keep your two cents to yourself
How can you tell a thread is full of Newbs?
By them just realizing there is a pattern to the layoffs.
FYI Newbs, it’s not every sixty days. It is reliably the Tuesday after Pay Day every time.
A few is relative. About 20 people I would guess. Around 10 managers, the same in team leads, and 1 line manager for sure in Salem. We are left with half the management for the shrinking staff headcount. I would be surprised if we have 200 total in the building altogether. Probably closer to 100 or 150. Because team counts are expected to be under 20 with 10 managers to split them between.
From what I heard - Yes, ODCR Collections managers at Barnhart. A few Customer Service supervisors and team leads at Barnhart and a few in Salem, OR.
I’m so sad about Barnhart!
That makes sense given the 60 day non-working agreement
Were there more layoffs in Oregon today???! :o
