We will over hire in LCC and realize the quality and launches will be disasters, it will be to late and executive have their golden parachute. Just like overshooting EV models that consumer have no appetite for. This will turn out badly.

New product development and launches going like sh-t? The problem is too many people noticing those problems and doing work to fix them. Fewer people = fewer problems found = faster launches!

The next round of layoffs in white collar land is upcoming fast for N. America; going to become impossible to launch anything and not recall it a dozen times.

If our careers only functions at FCA/Stellantis you never had a career!
If they let us go we should work for other car companies and take their market share!

So we cut until no one left in N.A. or bare bones staff. If we double down on EV we are all at risk. Consumers do not want and pivoted back to ICE. We will see mega losses.
