Let's say you're displaced on the 12th of the month, when is the final working date as being employed? Is it actually 60 days later, or end of the month the 60th day is in, or end of the pay period the 60 days is in?

You will also receive your unused pto ( in a check) after your 60-day notice.
WF will tell you all that in your lovely displacement letter!
Your last day of employment is exactly 60 days from notice date. You will continue to receive regular payroll checks from the end of that period through the end of your severance period. I received an off-cycle payroll check at the end of my 60 days for my PTO payout.
