Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

When can you return to Wells Fargo as a contractor after layoff

Is there any time limit you have to wait for return to Wells Fargo as a contractor once your non-working notice period end. or you have to wait until severance period to be end.

I’m reading here six mos. I thought it was one year if you’d been an employee and six mos if had been a contractor that termed out. Either I was wrong (happens daily!) or something changed?

I could see coming back as a contractor, if desperate, but never FTE.

F the toxic WF dump.

The policy is 6 months from last date of employment (working or non-working) for anyone (laid off or not) who leaves WF to come back as a contractor.

It’s in your packet. I think it’s six months after the non-working notice period ends, but it’s clearly outlined in the packet.
