Companies that are committed to DSD dont need to keep reassuring people they are committed to DSD...
Same reason they took away earned PTO from FT employees yet had a CEO such a disproportionate amount of money he was written up in The NY Times! Total greed!

Yea what a joke. A company as big as mondelez didn't offer 401k to its full timers. Burger King offers 401ks to its full timers
