Looks like the fiber side will be sold at some point. Thanks to all the Tower side higher ups for ki-ling a good profitable company. Once you removed the Lightower/Fibertech managers and above, and put people in place that didn't know the business, it became a sinking ship. Hopefully we can regroup and get back to where we were, and with someone who knows fiber and cares how it's ran.

The myth that Lightower/FIbertech where profitable is laughable. Lightower grew its top line revenue by acquisition. They never used net income as a reporting mechanism. It's was always EBITDA which is easy to manipulate. Lightower insiders/management had know idea how to run a company long-term. Just look at Lightowers CEOs track record. It's all about lipstick on a pig.
Misinformed is calling an acquisition a "pump and dump". Get an education.
This is an extremely misinformed post. Lightower was a pump and dump, not a profitable company and their leadership has destroyed any hope of making small cells profitable.
Small cells are currently failing in no small part due Lightower convincing them to move from a project management tool to a work flow tracking system.

Everything went to sh-t when they bought Lightower. Worst mistake, then they separated fiber from SC. Then they brought them back together. They threw good loyal people out the in the trash and then tried to hire some back when they realized what they did. And those people that came back are almost all gone because they are not d-mb. It is sad because at one point they really were a great company but they let snakes in and people that have no morales and this is what you get a sh-t show to the highest degree.
