Fire everyone in top level management and replace them with folks who actually do the work. THEY KNOW the path for a turnaround! They have been trying desperately over the years to tell you when your fu--ing up.. Time to stop talking and listen. Stop hiring MBAs and ladder climbing egomaniacs. Promote everyone who puts in at least 12 hours a day ACTUALLY working on PRODUCTS. Not PowerPoint twinkles or management types who spend their time blabbing philosophy. Eliminate the ego driven star executives with their id--tic decision making ethos and ridicules salaries and we might have a chance of a slight turnaround.
