Anyone else caught off guard that today’s check was only the final paycheck plus pto payout. Severance payout isn’t for another 2 weeks? Did I miss the fine print?

Gawrsh Mickey, not paying people when you said you would pay them sounds like a heck of a legal kerfuffle that could really hurt a business. A-hyuck!
Really? I got mine paid out already. Sounds like you guys are getting the sh-t stick. I'd be upset.
I’m sure it said in the fine print that they have 30 days to pay it or something. The main paperwork definitely implied I would receive it on 5/3 though, so the confusion is definitely their fault.
Is that a breach of the agreement if they haven’t paid you on the date they signed up too in the deed? I’d look into it and make sure you’re getting duped more!
I called and they also said May 17. I got the impression they got a million calls today which is what they deserved. Maybe next time they will be better about communicating (hahaha yeah right!)
@deez - called support and they confirmed the payout date is 5/17.
@dip - papers specifically say last paycheck and pto payout on 5/3 which is 60+ days from Feb notification. It doesn’t state anywhere that severance is paid out 2 weeks later.
There’s no fine print.
You need to sign the paperwork within x days (I think 60 or 90). Then Nike and you both have 7 days to retract.
Severance is like 30 days from final day , maybe 60. It ends up being like 10 but it’s not coming with the regular paycheck or anything
I was surprised as well. The way I read it, it was supposed to be today. Maybe they're waiting until the clock strikes midnight.
I didn’t even get my pto payout like what . But severance is within 14 days of your final day. Which is not for over a month or two
