Does anyone know if Citi is adapting an approach used by some companies of firing employees with the lowest ratings in the annual review process?

This question isn't regarding the scheduled layoffs, it's about after the layoffs are completed, as part of the annual review process going forward. Assuming this is true, it will only make an already toxic environment that much worse.
Nope. It’s mass layoff. Nothing related to ratings.
