It's shocking this company remains in business. Management only knows how to be successful by doing the same thing over and over again. When it doesn't work, they're unsure what to do. It might be the over compensation for meteocracy that perpetuals things. Call center employees don't make good corporate employees because they'll try and operationalize a non-operational function.
