I'm pretty sure several of our executives already are on a 6-7 day work week...but I wonder if our leader was one of the ten who likes this idea?

Well maybe todays meeting was to finalize next round of reorg???
There are several meetings by leadership over the weekend, including noon on Sunday.
My new company would never consider doing this, but i could see Fiserv doing it. And if they did and I was still there, I'd cut my working hours from 4 a day to 2. And I'd still be more productive than any of the c-suite schmucks who don't do a gdam thing.
The company got the equivalent of more than 6 days a week from me when I worked from home. 8 am to 8 pm most days.
If the "let them eat cake" class don't reverse course soon, we are headed towards a french-style revolution :-O
And they are enormously paid as part of the C suite…the board of directors own them… and notice how quickly they can “reorganize “ and dump off who they can. Unlimited vacation is a joke… they are expected to take their work with them…get your early experience here then move on…people land better elsewhere I’ve watched this happen over and over… young employees yes it is a sweat shop…your every move is watched and monitored…is this how you want to live?
