What! Liam Bart and Rich only care about the bottom line their PDS and their friends.
Not harsh or cold or unsympathetic. Just the truth. This is not a merger. It’s a takeover. Pioneer is in the rear view. The sooner you come to grips with it the sooner you can make decisions for you and your family. That is the real family not the company you work for. Facing this change can give you clarity moving forward. Mourn your loss…and get on with it already. Don’t be a little B about it. Grow up. Move on.

You should have requested to be let go to get the bag the first time around and come back to Pxd in time to get the second bag. ISP wasn’t very I. Tons of ppl requested to be let go and were rewarded multiple times. It’s chess not checkers. Leave your loyalty to your wife and kids.
I think I have an identity crisis! All these years I have been lied to! It’s not a family! We have been thrown to the wolves. Are you good enough to stay? Can you just give me the big pay out? Will the my use me then discard me for 1/2 of what others got? Nowhere to go! Stuck in this uncertainty!

I disagree. After hearing what Liam, Bart & Rich had to say about the way this merge will go, I’m encouraged of not just our future but XTO’s future as well.
