The entire Leave & Accommodations team was laid off. We were told that processes are being streamlined. We were told we could apply for other openings on the team. We did, and our team still got rejected. Then, to add insult to injury, the ED decides to promote people on the Employee Relations team. This is definitely a different company.

This place is an unrecognizable sh-t show. For your health and wellbeing, for some semblance of a work/life balance, and for your own financial security, get your resume updated and start posting for jobs. The job market su-ks right now, so it’s taking a while to find a new job, but it’s 100% better to be looking for a job while you have one instead of looking for one when you need one.
Paul Vincent got fired too so.. we are seeing this trend to continue.
Sounds like they were referring to initially being laid off last month and were trying to find an internal role but were told no. This place is the worst. I’m sorry.
