And it's the first time I feel like I would have been better off if I didn't. Every other time I felt immense relief after it was done. This time I only feel dread for still being stuck here.

My recommendation to you ger generation is to work for themselves start a business.... anything sell cupcakes, a landscaping company , anything but working for corporate America

I’m in the process of leaving. Selling the house, have begun applying outside of Portland, hoping to wrap it all up before the new school year.
Being able to cash out my decade of service would have been a nice immortelle on my career’s grave.
there were 4 lay offs in my org alone in the 2 years I WAS at nike. 2 of them were the obvious phase 1 and phase two, but let me tell you- it was so stressful wondering every
couple of months if I was still going to be employed.
