Unfortunately Negative value middle management survived reorg although some of them became unofficial. They are more aggressive with their territorial. So please layoff all knowledgeable IC or useless middle managers or unofficial managers to make Citi efficient! Pass the same answer 5 times is not normal!

All useless middle management kept their positions and they demoted management that works closely with ICs and did actual work. And they expect these demoted ICs to still manage as before.

Seriously!!!!! The only value in cutting things to 8 layers was to cut out middle management. What did they do? Demoted line managers who get things done. Jane: fix it!!! I expected better from you!
I am and IC and knowledgeable but became the opposite since the players change and the program changed. I will get laid off soon.
Just too bad for me.
