If I don't do the pulse survey will my management know if was me who didn't fill it out? Anyone in management or HR here that can shed light on this?

Managers do not see any names...only the counts of how many employees completed the survey.
Yes. They know everything......
Just mark everything n/a
Re: 2zse+1sqAKYNK. Pretty sure managers just know how many did survey , not who. You said the stewards called everyone, but you seem to wanna be a martyr. So brave
Yes I got called on it today. My stewards called everyone to make sure we did it. I was the only one who didn’t do it and some how something is supposed to be anonymous is so not🐀
My dm used to always let us know who hadn’t completed it and participation %
So their is a weigh your manager will know whose filled it out and whose not - if nobody fills it out, the manager will see no responses and than be able to know that nobody filled it out. So if you are going to boycodd it, make damm sure that at least some one filled it out.
That is correct they can't tell who completed and who did not complete they survey, all they get is a total number
Pulse Survey is a joke……I’m my own best friend.
Waist of time. They put these surveys out to make you think you have control. The fact is you don't and you will be laid off is five seconds. These surveys are not even ready they are filed with a delete button.
Stick the survey...
Apparently your manager can see how many people did or didn't fill it out, but not who.
