Even though it might not do much. I have been surprised how high leadership trust has been on the surveys the past two years. It’s the only way currently to voice dissatisfaction to the board and board level. Those who survive on the next survey which I heard will be June please voice your displeasure.
I use to be proud of this company for the high regard it put on employee satisfaction. The past two years it’s been ignored. Been with this company 20 years. It’s the worse I’ve seen morale.

Im sure we are overdue a "Pulse" survey for a while now.... either the charm of Qualtrics has died out... or the management know they are in for a stinker of a response, which they will dress up with their "100's and 1000's" of excuses.
This next one aught to be a real laugher. I've been giving brutally honest marks on management confidence the last couple rounds and even wrote comments to explain my concerns. I feel like middle management acknowledged the survey results but explained them away as being due to some other teams that got reorganized.
It will be interesting to see how the survey results will be explained away this next time. Or maybe they'll do away with the survey altogether on grounds that there wasn't enough participation - which is probably true if they base the post-layoff participation on pre-layoff head count.
Ever wonder why remote work survey results were never shared? Doesn’t align with their narrative.
The surveys are controlled by the way the questions are phrased, but really don't think they matter to management really. Just a check list of "look we hear you". But nothing is ever corrected. Teams just share the results and couple more useless communication emails as transparency.
