Anyone know if there will be more laid offs in the E&I department? If so, when? How do they pick and choose who gets laid off?

Zero -they are staying. C and S management will go. Navi is on way out the door. Contracts not being renewed or initiated.
They gather around and either pull names out of their behinds or shoot darts on a board with names on it. Who knows how they come up with who gets let go? It’s not fair however they do it.
