Just heard some rumblings - anyone know anything?

Company troll, tell us again how much better management has it without a contract, job security or work rules. Middle to lower management are the only one’s without contracts, leadership and the c-suite has their golden parachutes.

Management has catastrophic healthcare with high premiums, high deductibles and out of pocket, no more retiree healthcare or supplement. Loss of vacation days, reduced time on payroll (two weeks) vs months for layoff, larger span of control, RTO to overcrowded spaces, relocation without job guarantee, pension gone, MR75 no longer applies, etc..

Union doesn’t want to pay the strike fund. Union wants s to keep the money so the employees can get paid. CWA wants to extend the contract and doesn’t care about you as long as they get paid. L..a is the worst.

If they went on strike, would anyone notice? Maybe they are on strike right now, out there somewhere, where no one cares.

“ Tick Tock” ah the union goof has poked his head out his hole. What a nerd. All talk no action, the only thing getting noticed are your empty union threats. Happy concessions slug.

If they’re on strike does that mean they’re not gonna bring my baby back to me?

Ho-k ho-k.

You don’t have to pay some yahoo $22M per year to turn a company around by mass layoffs. Any entry level small business owner can figure out how to reduce operating costs and headcount reduction is certainly one of them. And oh, btw, he’s not turning this company around, it’s still in deep $hit!

“I recognize one poster from the old T board on yahoo. One poster here even referred to it repeatedly as T. That’s where these chats used to take place. The tick tock guy is an old time **** poster too. They’re trolls. There are trolls here on both sides.”

T is the stock ticker you bozo, anyone involved in finance is going to refer it to T. I’m too young to have even ever used yahoo and I call it T on here.
You’re a bozo.

What is a grievance strike? They did walk off the job in San Ramon

It’s a grievance strike, not a contract strike. Rumor is they will be back at 3pm

Any possibility that the techs in the west could face layoffs? I know techs are usually finished with their work orders by 1:00 every day, certainly not enough to maintain the head count!

Get ready. It may not be a long one this time. But it's clearly heading in that direction. Give managers something other than RTO to cry about.
