Is anyone else tired of seeing VP and director level positions being filled with outside (usually Raytheon or LM people) instead of seeing loyal, longtime employees being promoted? Nothing like hiring leadership who doesn’t know the product, customers, or business…

My running theory is that somehow the C-suite folks and the Board of Directors are somehow going to make money on the company failing. Like they are short selling the stock.

Definitely agree with this. There is such a huge disconnect between the c-suites and the vast majority of the company. This latest step in the wrong direction is going to return the wrong type of results. Being a part of the (what I have dubbed) the “4/11 massacre” seems to be the beginning of the end

Every member of the C-suite certainly seems like the kind of person who would stab their grandmother in the face with an ice-pick if they even suspected that it would permanently raise the stock price by a nickel.
