Alliance Channel Solution Providers will take over all corporate sales by the end of 2025. The layoffs will continue until there is nothing left.

This is generally how most carriers operate in the rest off the world

Sometime toward the and of Q3 Mid-Markets will put in play the move to a single seller-fiber and mobility model which will off-load about 40% of the current organization's headcount, also giving the sp/alliance channel the list of no-share/low share customer's to help drive production and "spirited sales competition", technical support staff will also be right-sized.

What I heard after 2023 was no major changes. What happened the first part of 2024 was the reduction of 17 AVPs down to 12 so that all was a lie. Mid Markets is a sh-t show, we will all be promoted to customer in the next 1-2 years.
