Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Train your replacement

If you were/are an hourly employee required to train your replacement, were you required to work extra hours or adhere to their schedule to do so?

When I trained my replacements (Philippines) they worked my hours (eastern time).
Still waiting for that to come up in the media.
Our layoffs were not considered as “replaced with overseas” because we were all out on projects for 6mo first.

@uil+1synVS2M The training department for my department was let go last year. Now we have to train our replacements. Complete malarkey!

Wow.😱 Did they lay off the training department? That's intense. Tell someone they're no longer employed, but make that someone train their replacement? Sad. 😓

Always adhere to your own schedule and focus on taking care of your own needs. Royalty to Wells Fargo is nothing but a sacrificial death sentence. WF will ruin your life and career, they take everything from you. They disrespect you, so you can disrespect them. Be the boss of your own life. Don't give your replacement 20 pages of procedural documents, he can do just fine with just 1 or 2 pages. If I were you, I would even give him the wrong information and sc--w him.
