Citi will hire more consultants who will relable ICs as JCs, MDs will be split into JMD, MMD, SMD (J= Junior, M=Middle, S = Senior). That will solve all of Citi's problems

Tech leaders who don’t deliver and create toxic cultures should be fired immediately.
Progressive woke-ism dictates that masculinity is inherently evil. All men should be immediately fired from Citi.
I think Tech will be on the chopping block. Any other ideas?
