Fake news AHT is no longer a required metric, we still coach the behavior though.
What exactly does BILT do?
I am not sure how they expect our handle times to be so great when they keep implementing more steps for us to do for what is considered basic servicing. I am on a team with people who used to have great AHT but between BILT calls and new servicing add ons, my whole team is struggling.
Is WF firing this week as opposed to layoff? Or are these some bizarre fake posts?
