Very interesting that the concept of scorecards has been in the works for half a year but kept top secret until the ESAT is almost complete.
Why not be open and transparent? Because the management team is manipulating the ESAT a results by withholding this information till next week.

It is not "engagement" when we are hounded to do it.
No one cares about your stupid survey.
More wasted $$$ down the drain that could have been used to pay us.
Management hounded people to let them know you took it, when they got everyone/enough responses they then made manager changes, so those scores will likely be thrown out, more manipulation
