When mission 1 took place changes started a year in advance in some places. I'm guessing nothing is happening next April as it usually does because they would've started in some parts of the country already.

“The new structure all at one time”? Are you living under a rock? Changes have been taking place for years now! The field sales structure is nothing what it used to look like, even in just the past year or two with mission one. If you don’t see what’s coming you must have your head in the sand…it’s so obvious!! Yes, get out while you are able! They are making peoples lives miserable till they quit! No severance there! Stay miserable or quit!
Atleast half the reps will be let go. Half Dms and rms will be let go. More ftow hired. Jump off the sinking ship while you can
Where? Nobody has said anything about that.....
They've already started changes in certain parts of the country where the reps are getting 60 to 80 stores and run them like the rms in charge of ftow and merchandisers etc. Keep eyes opens where I'm at reps are allowed zero overtime. And are cutting cost as much as possible where now people are just leaving orders in the backstock. Not touching them or orders being pushed until Saturday
