Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Sick of people complaining about low pay

If you can leave or want, go somewhere else to get the pay you deserve. If cannot, stop complaining and deliver competitive product to kick competitors a-s. Remember you are grown a-s person.

Could not be more obvious.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the abysmal compensation and benefits package provided by Intel Corporation. It is utterly demoralizing to see the stark contrast between the meager pay and benefits I receive, and the exorbitant salaries and perks awarded to the executives who seem to have no qualms about running this company into the ground.

While I strive to perform my job diligently and contribute to the success of Intel Corporation, I am appalled by the disparity in compensation. It is disheartening to witness top executives lining their pockets with millions while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet with wages that are barely competitive and benefits that fall far short of industry standards.

I am forced to question the fairness and integrity of a system where those at the top enjoy lavish rewards while the hard-working employees who keep this company functioning are treated as disposable commodities. The lack of respect shown to dedicated employees like myself is not only unjust but also detrimental to the morale and productivity of the entire workforce.

I demand an immediate review and overhaul of my compensation and benefits package to reflect the value I bring to Intel Corporation. It is high time that my contributions are recognized and appropriately rewarded, instead of being overshadowed by the grossly inflated salaries of executives who seem to have lost touch with the reality on the ground.

I expect a prompt response outlining steps to rectify this situation. Failure to address these concerns will leave me with no choice but to explore other avenues to advocate for fair treatment and compensation.

"there may not be as many jobs available for these people"

That's how business works. You don't spend more than you have to.

I swear half this board is people saying fire 30% of staff, the other saying pay us more even though our products are poor and we lack common sense.

While it's a true statement that people can switch jobs upon low pay, it is also true that there may not be as many jobs available for these people to switch, fab positions, for example. Apparently as least for several job areas, Intel is taking advantage of this fact.

Why don't we make a PowerPoint presentation with a graph showing Pay to quality ratio and factor in complaining and bureaucracy. We can all meet once a week and do Nothing about it. That the Intel way.

But on the other hand, I recall getting a very large check one year due to a class action lawsuit about collusion for wage fixing in order to underpay us…..

The people complaining are a HUGE part of the problem at Intel.

Accountability is totally absent and people just want handouts.

It’s not stealing. You are working at will for a company and you agreed to take the job at the pay they offered. Complaining about this is so insane.

How much did Intel steal employee wages by paying low than other companies?

But then, what would these people who complain about low pay or too many immigrants or too much DEI do? Work? No! They are useless, they exist just to whine. All those talking about fast food or the government... they can go and apply there. Based on their comments I doubt they'll find a job.
