I'm getting fed up with this company and it's practices. I do tech support and it seems like every tier 1 outsourced rep in India and the Philippines is nothing more than trained monkeys. Honestly, they make monkeys look like Rhodes scholars by comparison.
Verizon puts all this pressure on Tier 2 for sales and new lines because their stock is tanking and their position on the top of the wireless industry is being over taken by T mobile. But honestly how are we supposed to get sales when all we're doing is cleaning up tier 1's mess all day from already pi---d off customers?
Meanwhile these tier 1 troglodytes get away with misleading and improper AAL's and value adds that would get any of us corporate reps fired.
We're constantly fielding 3+ chats at a time, most of which are pi---d off customers because tier 1 is fu--ing stupid (literally every last one of them are mo--ns). But hey, want to add a fu--ing line?
